The weather has been so hot, we are starting to harvest tomatoes and cucumbers from the garden, we got the first ones on June 18th - a record for us!
This is the first time I can remember having our first bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich with both a tomato and lettuce from our garden!  It was perfect on toasted Buttermilk Chive Bread.
